At Elevated, we make several of our own soda syrups. Our menu features Raspberry, Marionberry, Coffee, Vanilla or Chocolate Sodas, and we hear regularly from customers that our ice cream sodas are “the real thing”.

Saltwater Taffy

Author Eric DelaBarre signs his book Saltwater Taffy at Elevated Ice Cream on Thursday, December 1st, from 4 to 5pm. Everyone attending will receive a free gift of taffy!

The book, set in Port Townsend, and endorsed by 10 Teachers of the Year nation-wide, is for middle grade and tweens. A book of adventure, with themes of pirates and buried treasure, it holds the attention of the young reader from start to finish. You’ll find it a perfect gift for the young people in your life, as each chapter ends with a “Treasure Tip” of valuable life lessons, such as “Friendships are memories. Make them often.”

Eric, who spent seven seasons as a screenwriter on “Law and Order”, is also a generous motivational speaker. Students at PT’s Blue Heron Middle School will be treated to his passionate and inspirational encouragement at an assembly December 1 at 2:20pm, prior to the book signing at Elevated.
