Fresh! Raspberry, Strawberry, Black Currant, Lavender Ices

Raspberries, strawberries, black currants and lavenders are at the peak of their season now in our maritime Northwest. When we first began making ice cream, 35 years ago, we bought our berries from local kids who picked them from their parent’s berry patches. For the past 21 years, we’ve been buying our fresh berries from Graysmarsh Farm in Sequim, and now  from new growers in the Chimacum Valley. This year, because of our prolonged spring, they’re better than ever. Get yours packed in quarts now! Our handpacked, fresh berry and lavender  ice cream is available in our self-service freezer only until the end of August or until it’s gone.
