You can find our ice cream at our Water Street shop, as well as Chimacum Corner Farm stand in Chimacum, and (through Labor Day ) at the Purple Haze Lavender Farm in Sequim.
Our ice cream is made with farm-fresh milk and cream (rBST free) from a family farm in Lynden, WA. Our basic un-flavored all-natural dairy mixture (13% butterfat) is custom made to our specifications by Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream Dairy in Maltby, WA. Milk and cream is pasteurized using the old-fashioned slow batch pasteurization method which retains the delicious flavor found naturally in milk.
To create our special ice cream flavors, we use the highest quality ingredients. For over 35 years, we have featured locally grown berries, and regionally grown nuts. We use natural flavors, and for a few of our ice creams, natural colors. Chlorophyll makes our Mint Chip green! Most of our ice creams are colored only by the fruits, chocolates or other flavor ingredients in the name.
We make ice cream several days a week right here in our kitchen, so its always fresh!

Our December ”Flavors of the Month:” Peppermint made with crushed candy canes, EggNog made with rum and grated nutmeg, Spumoni made with hazelnuts, anise, rum and raisins, and Gingersnap! Cardamom and Brandied Apricot are also seasonal favorites.
